Sequoyah Glenn, MBA—known across the industry as “DataBae”—is an award-winning marketer, researcher, and Founder & Chief Strategist of ninetwofour (opens in a new tab), a data-informed marketing and innovation consultancy headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. A graduate of Jacksonville University and Brenau University, she brings over 13 years of deep expertise in marketing strategy, consumer insights, and operational research—connecting people, brands, and data so founders can make decisions backed by receipts rather than guesswork.
Beyond leading ninetwofour and hosting Minding My Black Owned Business (MMBOB) (opens in a new tab), Sequoyah is deeply committed to advancing equity and leadership. Growing up as a church kid, Lock-Ins meant showing up in comfortable clothes, sharing snacks late into the night, and locking the outside world out so we could grow deeper together. Navigating a difficult childhood and later entering rooms where being a sharp, vocal woman meant being pushed around, othered, or pushed out taught me one undeniable truth: opinions can push you out of a room, but data and community build your own building. The FoundHer Lock-In is the space I wished existed—where 10 women founders can put their armor down, measure what truly mattered in 2026, and officially close their laptops for the holidays.
